BNI Phone Banking Registration at BNI ATM

Registration is made via BNI ATM by :

• Entering BNI Card and PIN.
• Selecting “E-Channel Registration” menu.
• Selecting “BNI Phone Banking” Menu.
• Specifying 6 digits of your BNI Phone Banking PIN.
• Registration process has been successful and you will get a receipt.

Features that can be used by the Customer after the registration process at BNI ATM are features of non-financial transactions in the form of Inquiry Balance, Account Mutation Inquiry and BNI product and service information.

For financial transaction, register a maximum of 5 telephone/mobile phone numbers via the nearest branch office by bringing Savings Book, ATM Card and valid ID.
